[PATCH] test: hide message from moreutils parallel.

The argument --version confuses moreutils parallel, but this is OK,
because its confusing does not include printing "GNU"
---

This doesn't hide the message about citation from GNU parallel, but
that's between you and the author of GNU parallel.

I didn't realize the citation message was printed to stderr, fair
enough. In the latest version of GNU parallel it seems to be omitted
altogether.
